Do I need to give you anything to start with?
We'd recommend any draft copies, or alternatively a rough idea of what message you'd like to convey and who your target audience is. Besides that, we'll ask the right questions to fill in the gaps.
Is the copy written by AI?
No, all web copy is written by us to sound like you, based on how you actually talk about your business (as well as then being further refined with your feedback). One of the key reasons we've started this service being that since the uptake in generative AI services (like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini), customers have become all the more aware of AI-generated content and veer away from it. To help with this, our writing avoids the generic, slightly-off tone that AI-written web copy tends to have.
Can you write copy for a site you're not building or maintaining?
Yes - content and copy support is available on its own, separate from a design build or maintenance plan, if that's all you need.
