Frequently asked questions

Is the package finder a quote?

No. It suggests the package that looks like the best fit and a starting price based on your answers. Your final fixed price depends on your content, features and any changes along the way, and we confirm it with you before any work begins.

Why are the prices shown as 'from' prices?

Every business is different, so the price shown is the starting point for that package. Extra pages, larger shops, extra set-up work or bespoke features can move the final price, which is why we quote each project individually once we have spoken.

What isn't included in your prices?

Costs paid to other providers are separate: a domain name (bought at cost), any Google Workspace subscription (billed by Google), and platform subscriptions such as Shopify, Squarespace or Wix. Paid plugins or add-ons are also separate, and we will always tell you about them before you commit.

Do I have to take a monthly care plan?

No. Care plans are optional. The site is yours once the project is paid in full, and cancelling a care plan never takes it offline - you would simply look after hosting and updates yourself, or move to another provider.

What if my website needs more pages than a package includes?

Extra pages are charged individually - see the extras table above - and larger sites are quoted individually. The finder will point you to the closest package and say when your site is likely to need a custom quote.
