One-off website fixes and audits

For standalone site improvements, speed fixes, or changes to a site built elsewhere - no ongoing plan required.

When a full rebuild isn't what you need

Not every problem needs a new website. Sometimes a site just needs a specific fix - a broken form, a slow-loading homepage, an old design element that's stopped working - without the time or cost of a full rebuild or an ongoing maintenance plan, this service covers exactly that.

What this can cover

Who this is for

Anyone with a working site that just needs something specific addressed - including sites built on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or by a previous developer who's no longer available. If a fix uncovers something bigger, or you decide you'd rather not deal with one-off requests going forward, this can lead naturally into an ongoing maintenance & hosting plan.

Fixes & audits questions

Do you need to have built the site originally?

No - most one-off fix requests are for sites built elsewhere, including on Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress. We'll take a look and let you know if it's something we can fix directly on the platform it's built on.

How is this priced, if there's no fixed rate?

Each request is scoped individually based on what's actually involved - a quick fix is quoted and billed accordingly, rather than charged at the same rate as a full project.

What if the fix turns out to be bigger than expected?

We'll always let you know before doing any extra work beyond what was originally quoted, rather than surprising you with it on an invoice afterwards.
