Every project is quoted individually based on scope and so there's no fixed price list. Our website package finder gives guideline starting prices for each package, but these are indications rather than fixed prices. We do, however, understand the constraints of small businesses and so we try to charge as low a price as possible for very small or simple sites, whilst larger builds are priced accordingly. Most small business sites take between two and four weeks from our first call to launch, though this is very much dependent on the size of your site, how quickly we receive your content and how much revision the design goes through during the build process.

Wherever possible, we’d always suggest sending us your own text and photos to give your site your own personality, however we are more than happy to write the copy for you as part of our content and copy support service and can often source stock imagery if needed. Whichever you choose, we'll guide you on what's needed to ensure your site meets your needs.

You do. Once the project is paid in full, the code and content are yours outright - you're not locked into using us for hosting or maintenance afterwards, though most clients choose to.

Yes - this is one of our most common enquiries. We can either take on management of your existing site as-is, or rebuild it from scratch onto an alternative platform.

We understand that often things need changing after launch and so small edits are included as part of our ongoing maintenance plan. For much larger changes or if you're not on a maintenance plan, we're can make changes on a case-by-case basis - just get in touch.

You can cancel at any point - see our Terms of Service for how work completed to that point is billed. We'd rather have an honest conversation early than have you stuck with something that isn't working for you.
