Our web design process
Your project will always be bespoke but our processes are standardised - when we work on your site we’ll typically follow the following set of steps to ensure we learn about your business, your website needs and can work to get you your perfect site as efficiently as possible.
How we work
Discovery Call
We start with a short call to understand what you need, who your website is for, and if we’re building on a pre-existing site, what your customers are used to and expecting. We’ll try to take as many details as possible, the size of your project and give any early indications as to how we might go about building your site.
Quote & Scope
You'll get a fixed quote and a clear outline of what's included as part of the site build, as well as some early design ideas if we need you to confirm any preferences.
Design & Build
We build your site from scratch around your content, checking in with you at key milestones to ensure we’re on track and can re-work the site during development as much as possible.
Review & Refine
You'll get a working preview to look through on your own devices, with reasonable revisions included as part of the agreed scope. Should we need to do major wholesale reworks of the site, these will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Launch
Once you're happy with it, we handle the technical side of going live, including domain, hosting, and analytics setup (if you’d like us to set these up for you).
Ongoing Support (Optional)
If you'd like, we can take care of hosting, security updates, and routine content edits after launch so you can rest assured that your site remains looked after.
