Your Previous Developer's Details

Your Connected Accounts

Do I need to give my email address to download it?
No - the download button opens the PDF immediately, with no sign-up required.
Do I need everything on the list before contacting you?
No - get in touch first and we'll help you work through anything you're missing. Most people don't have everything to hand on day one.
What if I don't know who my hosting provider is, or can't reach my previous developer?
That's common, and it doesn't stop us helping - we can usually identify your hosting provider from your website address, and can often complete a switch even without your previous developer's involvement.
